Game Day Volunteer Position Descriptions
Volunteers must be 18 or older (16 or older in some cases, with Board Member approval).
Announcer - Under the supervision of the booth coordinator, announce game information and play music using a public address system for home games. Please contact the volunteer coordinator for this position @

Booster – Under the supervision of the booster diretor or coordinator, support sale of Wildcats merchandise at the booster table located near the snack bar for home games.
Chain Gang – Under the supervision of the field coordinator, operate down marker and chains for Away games.
Clean Up – Under the supervision of the Snack Bar Coordinator, assist with clean up of snack bar area for Home games.
Extra Help – assist in any area as needed, including as a runner. (home games only)
Grill – Under the supervision of the Snack Bar Coordinator, barbeque items for sale at the snack bar on home games.
PAR (Play Allotment Rule) – Under the supervision of the field coordinator, work with a volunteer from the opposing team, ensure that all players participate in the minimum number of plays during the game. (All games)
Scoreboard – Under the supervision of the Booth Coordinator, operate the scoreboard and game clock from the press box on home games.
Singer – Under the supervision of the Booth Coordinator, sing the national anthem before each game on home games. Please contact the volunteer coordinator for this position @

Snack Bar – Under the supervision of the Snack Bar Coordinator, support sale of food and beverages from the snack bar on home games.
Ticket Gate – Under the supervision of the Treasurer or designated Board Member, collect entrance fee and monitor access to facility on home games.
Thursday Practice Volunteer Information
On designated Thursday practices, prepared food from local restaurants will be available for purchase. Volunteers will be needed to setup, sell food during practice, and clean up.
